Why I think this is important

UPDATE: I posted an article last summer about a Food Timeline that is a catalogue of food history, recipes, food origins and so much more. The woman who created it passed away in 2015. Her husband was looking for someone to continue his wife’s work. The collection of her books and her internet archive is now at the Special Collections & University Archives at Virginia Tech University.
